Artist in Oils

Original oil paintings based on the harmony of line and colour.

Inspired mainly by Architecture and Japanese Art, the artist incorporates a fusion of styles, techniques and textures in her work, choosing subjects in which colour and composition evoke a feeling for the onlooker that stretches beyond the art into the imagination.

Her original works develop naturally as she tries to convey the fire and passion she experienced for her subject which inspired her to transfer it to canvas – subjects can range from an atmospheric scene or natural form to an expression of emotion or thought.

She currently exhibits throughout the North West and has work in private collections in Japan, Spain and the U.K.
